Well technically in Farellones. I can't find anything online that's not absurdly priced. Even the hostel in a shared room quoted me $2100 USD/month...any mags have contacts in that zone with a better offering? facebook groups i can ask in? I'm looking to stay the month of september.

Have you tried El Aleman de Farellones? They have two hostels in Farellones. You can look them up on Facebook. It might be what you’re after. They host a lot of ski teams, but might have a spare room/bed. Nice spot with a fantastic patio.
