He looks great and has returned to his old self. He is back to normal and I am super psyched I did the
Awesome news. When I first started reading the thread it struck me as classic canine nasal cancer. Glad I was wrong.

Does it make a whistle noise when he gets some air flow going? Can you play him like a flute? His new nickname hence forth is Jethro. Tull. JK. Hope he continues to recover. Very happy for you.

We thought that was possible but the first ct scan came back negative. They did a biopsy on the second scan and that came back negative.

And just like that Duke is gone. He had a seizure Saturday night at midnight. He came out of it in a very bad state. Blind, agitated. Took him to emergency vet where they tried to sedate him
With very little help. He was screeming, moaning confused. It was painful to watch. I ended up putting him down early Sunday.
He was on Librela for his arthritis and we think that might have been the cause but we will
    Never know.
    So broken from this

Sorry for your lose. It's hard losing one of man's best friends. On the upside, 13 years is pretty good for a dog that size, and I think it's a time to reminisce about the good times.

Yes I know. Thank you. It was just awful to see him like that.
