I just used my final Edge Card day today. Got in a dozen laps then headed home to Seattle. I skied Blackcomb and it was shockingly empty. I figured Whistler would be busier today since it was the last day of ops there, but wow. I never even had to share a chair or gondola cabin.</p>

Pretty great weekend. I got out early Saturday through today and got in a ton of skiing. 27 lift rides on Saturday alone.</p>

Great news! Kirsten Lynch is out as Vail boss.
The new saviour of Vail is........Rob Katz.
I'm not sure if I'm crying tears of sadness or laughing so hard I'm crying.

You can't make this stuff up.

Anywho, I'm sure this will solve all of the problems.

I like to shit on Vail as much as the next guy, but I don't think we can pin the glacier melting away on Rob Katz (who skis in jeans, incidentally)
