WTB: Backcountry Touring Shell

Looking for a lightweight jacket that packs down small and has good enough weather resistance that I can wear it in a snowstorm. At the same time, needs to breathe well.

I've been googling all over the internets and I still don't know what this jacket is. Whoever has figured this out (and has one for sale)....enlighten me.
