    Lumbar support

Anyone have any success with lumbar support/decompression belts while skiing? Can't seem to find much info online. Back is pretty jacked but I'm hoping for a lot of days this winter, thanks

I used to wear " kidney belts " riding dirt bikes and i liked them

I think it was called that cuz it felt like your kidneys were gona fall out,

about a 6-8" wide elastic belt with ribs in the back, also called a " gut belt "

I think you want something with a lot of velcro adj

there are lots of google hits

Also, you can order by adding your FSA/HSA card number and submit receipt for reimbursement. Easy peasy.
