Garmin Forerunner 255. There are more expensive models, but this one has the most useful features for a lower price.

Pretty sure i have a Suunto AMbit 3. If you want it, you can have it for the cost of shipping. Does everything you need a running watch to do, but it's physically clunky and the Suunto menu system is maddening.

I haven’t used the gps and don’t know much about it; got it last week for workout tracking and sleep data. I’m just unsure if it’s my thing….paid 200, 165$ shipped?

I have a Garmin fenix 3 HR that needs a new home. $50 shipped. When I last used it the battery life was sort of on par with that generation. Also have a fenix 5S (smaller version of Fenix 5). My wife used this unit but battery life was not great. My fenix 3 hr had a bit better battery life. $40 shipped?

not hard to replace the battery yourself on those models. certainly worth it with the 5s, still a good tracking watch.

The battery life had not declined too much for the 5. Rather it wasn’t great to begin with. It would die on most of our 25+ mile runs or spring ski tours longer than 10-11 hours before we got back to the car if we didn’t bring a little battery pack to recharge it. We decided to get her the fenix 6 which was a massive improvement.
