Last week I skied them in some soft new snow over breakable crust touring outside the ski area and then spent the afternoon ripping transitional new snow and proto corn inbounds on groomers and off piste. They slay it all. I’ve skied them in boot top pow over a firm base, great. I would of course like a fatter ski in powder but the BC ninety is shockingly competent in a wide range of conditions. If I had to pick one condition that they are best for it would be spring corn.
