I may have heard stories of young local punks unhappy with out-of-country rv’ers boondocking and being assholes in favourite recreation areas. A woodscrew twisted into the valve core in the middle of the night would let the air out of the tires while a beer was consumed. Then the woodscrew was removed, leaving no trace. Dually wheels were the best - not many have compressors for those heavy duty tire pressures, so roadside assistance needed to be called. Said roadside assistance was not covered under their AMA or other plans at the time. Most of the rv’ers didn’t return a second time.

I turned badly in a parking lot and ruined two tires on one side on a broken curb. Took them to the shop where I was told I would get a prorated warranty replacement of the damaged tires but would have to pay full price for the other two. (AWD). I told them I'd be back in 15 minutes. (Not really--I paid full for the other two but I was slightly tempted.)
Most of the hardware I've pulled out of my tires did no harm. And most of it is probably from my garage.

Seems like a right-angle battery powered driver would make sinking a screw in pretty easy.
Easier than trying to pound a nail in.
YES I KNOW YOU JUST HAVE TO SET THE NAIL ON THE GROUND HEAD DOWN UP TIGHT AGAINST THE TIRE IN THE OBVIOUS STARTING DIRECTION
I read that somewhere.

I read you could glue a BB inside the plastic cap - so after a tire was inflated and the cap went back on it would deflate the tire again. Of course this would immediately be noticed by the person putting the cap back on. But still could be funny?
