Long ago, a medical director, prior to removing a vibrating battery operated device from a rectum, asked the patient "should I take it out, or just change the batteries?"

I'm completely serious. I think I experience a double hernia from trying to hold back laughter.

    Thread drift is more fun.

If anyone struggling can’t laugh. It’s fubar.

Did it kill him? Damn near wrecked him.

PS. Yes. We all need help. Not just removing foreign objects.

I dunno why I exhumed this fossilized account.

Well, I do, it's for you, Buzz, because I remember you, but there's nothing actually useful that I can say, and others already said it better.

You know that saying "if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you"?

    He got bored.
Fucking abyss. Got bored. Looking into me.
    Wandered off into the dark.

    Not a bad fellow, actually.

It's not as icy cold or inky black down here as it first looked. Dim, cool, dry. Like a slot canyon on a moonlit night in October.

I sleep better these days. That helps, fwiw.

Well, this is a mental health forum, so yeah, you're right. What's my diagnosis? How about ICD 10 diagnosis code? F60.81

F60.81 could essentially apply to just about everyone on TGR.

Can you help? Or should I start a new thread?

You seem like one of those people who have a fairly high opinion of yourself.

Laughter is pretty good medicine. hate is poison. Track made me laugh. or rather, that doctor made me laugh and track shared it.

Or we should all remain super duper serious about trying to not be suicidal. Definitely do not be lighthearted?

    That was my thought.

In the meantime, I'll just keep posting ICD10 codes of my various mental health conditions. I've got plenty.

I don’t know what to say right now. I’m numb. The high highs and low lows are too much and I’m too overwhelmed. The doctor I saw was 100% useless.
