A bit of thread drift and adding some levity, I once helped a surgeon remove a Costco sized bottle of acetaminophen from some dude’s asshole. It took some wrangling and general anesthesia but we got it out. He handed to me once it was retrieved and I looked at it and it was still sealed, I gave it a shake and said “Should we give it back to him”.
