    Milanese is really just schnitzel.
    Tonkatsu just uses panko.
    You’re mixing meats.

    List unacceptable. All cutlets matter.

    I think the meat-mixing was pretty central to his thesis.

    If anything, I'd question the parm entry, it doesn't seem like adding some cheese to the breading is that big of a differentiator.

    Sauces are necessary. Crispy-gone-soggy is the defining genius of the cutlet.

    that’s cause the sauce and cheese done ruined the crispy coating already… ain’t nobody want no soggy asses cutlet crust.

    iowa pork skinny is the best damned cutlet sandwich in existence.

    There's 1(a) and 1(b) and the rest are also-rans.

    1(a) - Münchner Schnitzel with a liter of Spaten

    1(b) - Tonkatsu with Tonkatsu sauce and a large bottle of Asahi.

    That's it.

    Whatever kind of Snitzel ( usually with some italian seasoning ) the local food store puts in the meat case, I buy the family pack, freeze them individualy, get like 5 meals, its super easy
