Backcountry Guide Japan (Furano/Niseko)

I'm heading to Japan in around 6 weeks. Plan is to spend around 4-5 days in Niseko, then head up to ski around Furano for 4-5 days. I'm traveling with my wife who is a competent skier, but not stoked on touring while there. I'm considering hiring a guide for at least a day, mostly to just have a ski partner who can show me around a snowpack and terrain I'm unfamiliar with. It could be in Niseko or Furano, but I think I'd rather tour around Furano or Asahi Dake. Anyone have any recs?
