    Bye Bye Barry

    Great watch - on Prime.

P.S. Christian McCaffrey's got a little Barry Sanders in him.

Barry ran the way he did because the Lions had a pitiful O line.
I don't see the McCaffery comparison. Great runner but very different style IMO. And he has Trent Williams and Kyle Juszczyk to run behind. And yes I had to cut and paste Juszczyk.

Relatively small, ability to find/create holes with lateral movement and quick cuts, exploding into and out of them, shaking off tackles with spin and other moves. Barry Sanders was and is sui generis, but I see a lot of that in McCaffery.

I liked the documentary all around, but if nothing else it's a terrifically entertaining highlight reel. Watching Barry Sanders break loose and hit the open field at a full gallop is a thing of beauty.

Yaz, Coach K, etc. Just go with Juice next time.

Googling around I also came across this trippy nugget...
