Love my Scott Cosmos Guide.
Explosive power, responsiveness, and boot cuff rivets.
It seems fairly common for the cuff rivets to blow, especially when used as not designed- lift serve skiing and patrolling.
When mine blew, 2 local shops told me the Scott stuff was hard to do, and should be sent in.
I went to a bike shop the tech, also a ski tech put together a bomber set up from either a seat binder or recessed brake bolt.

I figured I would send it in at the end of the season for a permanent repair, then realized removing super solid repair to have another breakable part installed was dumb. And, that the other rivets will likely break.
So, I am in the process of putting together a couple spare setups like the one above, but also sorted out a tool free field repair:
The hole is 5/16 = 8mm.
So:
Simple hardware store supplies:
5/16 adjustable clevis pin, cut short with a grinder.
5/16 washer x 2.
12mm x 24mm washer. 12 mm is the ID, 24 mm is the key dimension.
Split ring. Tried the cotter pin, but didn't love it.
