    Update:

Bought tix through SeatGeek, MLB's ticket reseller partner.

Can't transfer tix to other people in my party on SeatGeek's app or website on any platform.

SeatGeek says check your MLB Ballpark app, but not the MLB app. I can see the tickets in the Ballpark App, but it makes me log in with my Ticketmaster credentials and times out.

Ticketmaster? The fuck? They're not involved here.

SeatGeek support, "we do not support Ticketmaster"

    Fuck all these people.

^^^ I endorse this message. All ticket re-sellers need to die in a trailer fire.

Super stoked to see my Guardos take on the Braves tonight. Should be a tough test for this team on a hot streak.

If you haven't been reminded lately on how good Jose Ramirez is, yesterday he had a 10-pitch grand slam followed up by getting on base in his next at bat, stealing 2nd, then stealing 3rd and home on a passed ball. The dude is just so good at baseball.

From their social page: Guardos take 5 of 7 off Boston this season, we're the DunKINGS now! lol

Also, we need so many more day games. Daytime baseball is great.

I don't get this guy at all. Remember the show he put on pitching at the All Star game? Dude was being interviewed by the broadcast booth while pitching. I don't know how you go from that level of confidence and execution to where he is now.

    .
The top 4 of the order is the best in baseball. The bottom 3 is a dumpster fire filled with dogshit. Only the WhiteSox have been worse in the 7,8 and 9 spot. Other than Glasnow and Yamamoto the pitching staff is still getting up to speed.

Ok, you guys got this one (wish the pic uploaded worked), but let’s play 2 more, we were getting heated up there at the end!

Also, Josey Ramírez is so fucking good at baseball. Got to see an insanely tough snag and throw to first right in my face. Dude did it like it was a Tuesday afternoon and he just woke up.

    MLB 2024 Thread

    boone doing boone things. amazing.

context. closer hasn’t thrown in five days. he goes through the 9th on ten pitches and looks very sharp.

yanks go up in the tenth.

he then brings in a guy who has been dfa’d twice this season and is pitching to a 6.5era.

    they promptly lose.

he is the worst in game manager and is barely capable of filling out a lineup card.

Boone's got the goods on the folks in the front office, because it is otherwise a shameful mystery as to why he still has a job. One of the worst managers I've seen in a long, long time.

worst record in extras in all of mlb since 22. and that’s with a good pen!

but michael kay gets on tv every night to tell fans that boone would get snapped up in a second if they dropped him.

Guards are a good team. Their base running could use a little work.

Good series with two games of free baseball! Bravos are the best team in baseball top to bottom. Any time you have Acuna leading off that's just a scary lineup. Guardos played them tough and were one 8th inning managerial blunder away from taking 2 out of 3 yesterday. They're aggressive on the bases, so getting caught stealing isn't a big issue for me, it's just crazy that it happened twice in the 10th by 2 guys that rarely, if ever, get caught stealing in Kwan and Ramirez.

    Do it again in October?
