Just bought some Dissectors for $34 and DHFs for $37 from Planet Cyclery. Also used 8% cash back on Active Junky. That's about as good as it gets.

Damn good deal
I did the same a couple weeks ago.
Hope your experience goes better than mine! I guess once they actually shipped it, it arrived within the promised 3-4 days for expedited shipping. It took them 10 days to ship it out though.
Apparently one item had been oversold and they had to wait for more to arrive from their supplier. Had to call them to find out why the delay...and got a recorded message telling me to email them instead.
Never got an Active Junky confirmation, so I submitted a claim. Was told by AJ "for this retailer is can take up to at least 60 days for your inquiry to be reviewed." They got back to me 2 days later saying Planet Cyclery had denied the cash back. No reason given.
Received the shipment yesterday. One of my tires was missing. Contact them again. Oh yeah, that tire was over sold too and we had to order more from QBP. Someone should have let you know.... It'll ship out next week.
Looks like Colorado Cyclist is having a similar Maxxis sale.
EDIT: even though CC was showing Ass Guys in stock, it wouldn't let me add any to the cart. So I bought through Planet Cyclery... and Capital One Shopping plugin found me a discount code that got another $13 off the price of four (4) tires. Hot dang.
Thanks. Ordered some

Not quite as good a deal but per the tires thread, Assegai (2.5 WT 3C Max-Terra EXO+ TR) and other OEM (white label) Maxxis from $45 on Jenson. Picked up a couple of those and a couple 2.4 Dissectors in same spec except standard EXO, not "+". Personally, not convinced the "+" are better anyway.

Update to this... I accidentally bought Aggressors, not Ass Guys. Oopsies. Emailed them straight away and they got the order cancelled. Turns out, the Ass Guys are showing as in stock when they are not, in fact, in stock for Planet Cyclery as well. Might check the Jensons as per beaterdit's post.
Yeah Planet Cyclery and Colorado Cyclist are one and the same these days. Colorado Cyclist got bought out some time ago and are not at all what they were. IE: now they have deals but are a bit sketchy in terms of what's listed on their site vs. what's actually in stock, like many second tier internet retailers.

Good to hear your stuff arrived soon! Mine was not an immediate need so just annoying. I did get my hands on an ass guy, a Minion DHF, and a Rekon/Dissector set for both my hardtail and Spur. All of those but one were $35, which is close to half what I've had to pay the last two years. Got a pair of Azonic platform pedals as well.
FWIW, Active Junky stepped up and paid me the 8% cash back themselves which tells me they think Planet cyclery is full of shit. They included a list of top causes why people are denied cash back by vendors. It's a longer list than what I recall seeing on their website.
The only one that could apply to me is using an adblocker, which I've had as long as I can remember.
1. You tried to use multiple discounts from multiple different websites before completing the purchase.
2. You clicked on another website after clicking on Active Junky which negated our tracking.
3. You spoke with customer service online or over the phone which gives a bonus to the rep and negates our tracking.
4. You used an unapproved coupon code found on another website which subsequently credited that website for the purchase.
5. You clicked on a link from a retailer or email.
6. You used a gift card
7. You used ad blocking software which may result in issues receiving Cash Back. Please disable your ad blocking software temporarily during your shopping sessions to properly earn Cash Back.
8. You have an app like the Honey App, Capital One Shopping, Rakuten or Wikibuy installed on your computer, or use the browser Duck Duck Go.
9. You added items to your cart before clicking through Active Junky.
Bought a Rekon off there; nice looks.
Also have a stock of tires if anyone is interested in some deals:
Lightly used:
-29" EXO tan wall DHF/DHR II combo
-29" EXO black 2 x DHF (one 3C Maxterra, one OEM)
More used, maybe 60-70% tread:
-1 29" Dissector
-1 29" Ass Guy
I think that's everything. Traveling so don't have pics but can send to interested parties.
Also have 2 29" Cush Core if anyone interested.

My tires arrived within 48 hours of the order. Rarely does something ship that quickly these days.
I’ve had good luck with them on multiple occasions.
I’ve found that Jenson on the other hand takes forever to ship, has terrible customer service and refunds take forever. And those coupons that work on nothing are reason enough to avoid them. Occasionally a purchase goes alright.
I used to order a lot from Jenson. I could place an order up til about 4pm and it would be at my door the following morning. Then they started using OnTrac....
Still no word from Planet Cyclery on my missing Minion DHF.
All shipping is fucked up right now with all the holiday orders. I ordered something that shipped USPS, left Reno DC, got to Sacramento on its way to me in the Bay, then disappeared for a few days and reappeared in Coppell TX. WTF?
Got my order from Jenson in four days, no complaints. Cant say I have ant loyalty to them and don’t order from them often but have occasionally for years and never really had an issue.

I agree that a lot of the current shipping mishaps are outside of the retailer’s control. It’s something I try to account for when ordering these days.
I like that Jenson doesn’t charge sales tax for out of state orders. Really helps with some of the pricier items. However, I’m diligent about reporting these purchases when I file taxes each spring.
Update....finally got the last tire from my order today. Original order date was 11/17. At least they sent the correct tire....
