I'm in the UK. Hoping I might have found some locally. There's not wide distribution here (and the dealers with them don't seem to be all that interested in acually selling them) so I'll see where I get to.

@on3pbg, thanks but buying from a shop is likely to hit me with a nasty tax/duty/handling fee trifecta.
