    Workers Comp. Attorney

Long time mag using my alias. I know this stuff is state specific but I've got a few questions I would like answered before I contact an actual workers comp attorney. If anyone has experience and a bit of time it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    How did the divorce go?
"fuck off you asshat gaper shit for brains fucktard wanker." - Jesus Christ
"She was tossing her bean salad with the vigor of a Drunken Pop princess so I walked out of the corner and said.... "need a hand?"" - Odin
"everybody's got their hooks into you, fuck em....forge on motherfuckers, drag all those bitches across the goal line with you." - (not so) ill-advised strategy

About as well as it could.

Now I got to deal with bootstrap Republican business owners. I don't want to get an attorney but it's looking more and more likely.

Pretty fucking close. Shockingly, most workers comp attorneys don't charge for the first visit, so I'm about to go that route. Just want to make sure I'm ready to light the tinder.

Montana but if I could send you a short PM that would be great. I don't think there is much (it's not related to insurance or payment) but I could use someone to bounce a few questions off of before I do much more.

Comp works for legit claims. But even then you might need an attorney.

I had a scammer young kid with a high school football injury.
Sandbag. Hired consultant. He forced insurance to hire a PI. Nothing. Full payout.

Fast forward. Great employee for fifteen years with a hernia. No progress. I told him to hire an attorney to sue my insurance company.

Fire away. I can toss a question or two her way. I’ll send the invoice to Rontele
