Replacing marker royals, who won't interfere?

Years ago I mounted my own fucking marker Griffins on my praxis GPOs, 1 cm back from the dot.
I'm kind of over the bindings and would love to switch them out.
I'd love to either put some STH2s or pivots on there.

Does anybody know what binding family will allow me to have the same BSL center line or at least close to it without overlapping holes?

I'm a ski bum mounting shit by hand my garage, I don't have jigs and templates and all that fancy shit to figure out for myself without massive trial and error.

    Thanks in advance

Just print out paper templates for whatever binding you want to put on there and lay it out on top of a marker paper template. It'll cost you a couple sheets of paper.

What are you trying to gain with different bindings?
Modern Marker bindings share the hole pattern with older Royal bindings. You can get a newer Griffon or Jester Pro and just reuse the existing holes.

If you hate the heels you should know that the new ones are much better.

I still wouldn't buy them, but they are fine.

Go to the above google drive and download the template called "Compare Binding Patterns" - this will let you add different layers to the PDF to compare the hole spacing of different bindings. Literally it is exactly what you need to decide what will give you enough room.

Or just get new Markers with the better heels - like ISBD they aren't my fav but they ski totally fine.

    Thanks y'all

What's "better" about the new marker royals?

Old ones (2018?) The heel is a pita to step in and release. Yes, they are setup properly.

Will checkout the link above, thx!

For one, they changed the geometry of the dildo/pivot, and it fixes the step in issues of the past...
