Is there a new Barryvox S (Sept 2023)

I bought a new Barryvox S2 last month because I needed to replace a quirky Barry S, and saw the email this morning. I filled out the form right away and received confirmation that they were passing it along to the proper department. Wonder how long before they send me a return label? I'll follow up when they do.

FWIW, I thought the new unit was nice. Thinner and lighter, larger screen.

Unit was returned to me today. All told, 18 day turnaround from when I first contacted Mammut.

not too bad all in all then.

i also got mine today (repaired before it was sent out) and stoked about it. no complaints on the process from me. im considering this resolved.
