    Yoga: Find the Flow

I’ve been getting into it lately, being flexy-strong seems pretty important as I close in on 60 years old. How bout y’all? I’ve been doing, Yoga with Tim, on the YouTube. Fucking hurts so good. What else should I be checking out? Not interested in paying for anything.

My wife’s into it. Her friend owns a yoga studio. I’ve been a few times mostly to watch her friend in yoga pants. How does Tim look in yoga pants?

    Yoga with Adrienne

If I didn't do yoga I don't think I could walk and my anxiety would be a lot worse. There is all kinds, find what works for you. I do some everyday even if its just some Sun Salutations or equivalent.

The comma in your second sentence is unnecessary and makes it nonsensical.

How did your neighbors ask you to dress for tea?

I feel like, sometimes, the whole lot here could benefit from rewatching some episodes of Schoolhouse Rock. Here's one of my favorites.

Going on 10 years of a nearly daily practice. It has benefited me immensely. I like going to a studio. Don’t mind paying for it. Most studios I’ve seen offer some kind of free/super cheap classes and/or a volunteer program where you offer a few hours a weeks for unlimited access.

pre covid I did some easy Yoga also dated the teacher yoga studio owner for a number of years. With Covid restrictions the numbers didnt work and she shut it down and the relation ship also went by the wayside another victim of Covid

I did find that doing even 1 class a week was enough to prevent ski/ bike/ paddle strains & injuries so its good for old fucks

After 18 yrs of teaching yoga in spite of having no PT training she knew PT like shit about people she worked with
