Ha, you mean because they didn’t bother to show up against Boston?

I do sometimes wonder about these travel schedule situations. It creates some huge advantages for the more rested team over a worn out road weary team. I know, it's part of the game.

Look, Steph puts on a hell of a show but there are just some things that can’t be topped. Or nearly untopped.

Is there a backstory there? Or just a dead heat in a zeppelin race?

Happy for the win as a Nuggets fan. Jaylen Brown is a scary dude. If he could make free throws we're losing that game.

That Technical for Brown clapping his hands after making a damn good shoot is some serious BullShit, man. Especially if Steph can celebrate and have a woman in the background with her tits falling out of her top. Did Steph get a T?

2023/2024 NBA THREAD: WHO WANTS TO GO ON PARADE?!?
The NBA has a serious officiating problem. You can’t play defense and if you breathe on someone they call a T. As an example I’m not defending Draymond’s recent behavior (he’s actually been very composed since his return) but also some of his antics were run of the mill in the 80’s and 90’s - for those old enough to remember.
Just heard Popovich on KNBR (local Bay Area radio) talking about how he knows the league is going to have discussions this upcoming off season about making serious changes.
Hockey players must see this stuff and be like what a bunch of pussies. (And yes there’s definitely a racial component at play here with concerns about perception).I ski 135 degree chutes switch to the road.

So the end of the lakers vs Warriors game is a total disaster. It's taken 20 minutes to play 15 seconds?? Fucking NBA.

What's the solution? Let certain fouls be eliminated and just "play on". These guys are so fast, strong, and athletic that there's practically a foul every play in the paint unless the defender steps aside. Sure theres a ton of great defensive plays, but the constant fouls slow the game down too much. The "and one" proves that they can play through many fouls...or it's barely a foul and those should be the play on.

Pretty sure I read foul calls are down since the all star game. I just watch Celtics games, but the refs seem to be letting the players play more. I appreciate that. The issue seems to be with the consistency that the game is called. Star players will always get the calls, but for everyone else a little more consistency is needed.
