Bump - XT 8100 cranks in 165mm finally in stock at Jensen and ordered in time for wife's birthday. Big thanks again to Duffman.

I'm looking to drop from 175 to 170mm on my Izzo Pro Race with X01 Dub Eagle and 148 boost https://mtbdatabase.com/bikes/2020/y...izzo-pro-race/

These should work with my spacing? https://buycyclestuffonline.com/prod...mountain-bike?

I had some titanium 160s (I'm 5'9") made up for my HD5, and absolutely LOVE THEM. Way more natural on the DH with feet closer together, and less pedal strike risk too. My knees are less achey after long rides too.

    My wife has 150s. She's 5'3".

Canfield makes a decent short arm crank for $200 or so, 150/155/160/165mm.

Haven't read the article yet but glanced over the comments.

One of the first ones from Waltworks (custom frame builder) was how adoption of shorter cranks provides the opportunity to lower the BB even more.
