Mirus Cor after nose heavy switch landing - https://www.reddit.com/r/Skigear/com..._ski_thoughts/
PS I'm not an OP
ya. I skied on them for a day at the ski sauvage. They are fun. The western snow would definitely be better then east coast crap that we get, but that day the snow was nice and chalky and they played really well. They like smaller turn shape, and have a speed limit but it’s decently fast and I don’t really ever see these skis being ripped that hard, it’s more of a busy ass weekend ski that keeps it fun but allows you to dodge idiots.
as for that picture, land switch hard with your weight on the toe pieces and not centered…. And expect a different outcome? I’d tell op to learn how to land switch and not expect companies to warranty over impact damage. That’s like rear ending a car and asking for warranty to cover it. Morons.
Please stop, mirus cor is the dumbest ski I’ve ever been on. Who the fuck wants all that tail on a ski? They should have named it the nervous cor, twitchy and unhappy at speeds over 25mph. Can’t be skied in anything resembling crud or chop.
Plus it’s ugly as fuck
Ripstick 96 is the correct answer
crab in my shoe mouth
Haven't skiied the other options but ripstick 96's have been fun so far, pretty light and fun to mess around on

I have the Season Kin. Awesome ski. Very little taper, tons of camber, and well placed rocker profile. Carving on blues and greens is silly fun. They do get a bit overwhelmed when trying to trench down firm blacks, but I have other skis for that. They are easy to break loose when you want. Very easy to ski tight terrain with a centered stance. The wide tips make them a hoot to bounce through low angle pow. I think they behave like a more carvy SFB.
Ripstick 106 is my small area ski. I just have so much fun on those things.
If anyone needs a cheap mini-golf ski, I have a pair of 184 Faction CT3.0s lying around. Previously mounted for CAST/Pivot.
