My computer skills are questionable and this is my first iphone, but WTF! I can’t for the life of me get push, or any other kind of notifications from this dang app. Ive got everything enabled and unmuted; i think. Anyone have any ideas?

A bunch of posters have the same problem and we mentioned it it to the tgr IT person but to no avail. I will use this opportunity to ask them again though
Or maybe I could swing by sometimes this week to see if the box fan got unpluggedskid luxury
