There goes the art department invoice again.
That's going to have to be one hell of a wig.
I still call it The Jake.
My money is heavily on filming devolves into hookers and blow, and then the project gets cancelled.
I nominate Quentin Tarantino to direct.
Maybe a good backup option for direction would be Terry Gilliam. Think Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Would Gary Busey be a good choice to play fastfred?
I’ve confirmed through unreliable sources that Gary Busey is in fact available and curious about the project. I’m also going to have to push back on the Tarantino suggestion and insist on the Farrelly brothers. Consider it a difference of creative opinion.
I still call it The Jake.
Farrelly bros is absolutely a solid choice. OR what about Joel and Ethan Coen, as in the Big Lebowski and tons of other greats?
ORRRRRR, what about an anthology format where each director gets to direct a full length "episode"? FF has too many great stories to pack into just one 2 hour film.
I vote Spike Lee, and it must be shot on film for full effect. And Sasha Grey with a bad blonde dye job for the femme fatal.

judd apatow
or the duplass brothers for directors
Jack Black.
Project Fredrose Place is most definitely a series, you can’t dilute the story to two hours.
Duplass brothers are a good choice as well.
I still call it The Jake.
This has to happen, you guys obviously need a job![]()
You guys are missing the obvious choice, Johnny Depp.
Who said method acting was dead?
