No more pre-paid parking passes at Stowe this season - https://vtdigger.org/2023/09/15/stow...ibextid=Zxz2cZ

That doesn’t mean you won’t have to pay to park though.

^ Honestly, I don't think I would ski at $teaux on a weekend anyway. Too many dentists in their 2WD Sprinters getting stuck on the hill.

Carpool freebie in the Ranch Lot at Jackson went from 3 to 4. I wonder if Vail is going to up the ante on carpool discounts.

If I recall I was on Mountian that day, separate from you guys as I was WFH on a “coffee break”, but similar experience with no issues poaching east side. Of course you need to be careful, especially on Stargazer…….

It was definitely pre-covid so, no, it wasn't 2020.

More rain coming. It would have been the most epic ski season ever if this summer precipitation was snow.

Don't want to spam this thread, but we'll be onto a new thread in a few weeks anyway.

Moved to NW VT (Bolton) and looking for part time, non-seasonal work. I have a non-classroom, education job now, but I need more work and some more income. Any woodworking, home building, sustainability consulting-esq, mags in need of help two or three days a week? Send me a pm! I'll work hard, bring snacks, listen to your music, whatever. No need to post in here - pm is fine. Thanks to you all who can help out!

A very good band from my town Crooked Coast is playing at the pickle barrel Nov 18. If you are in the area I'll bet it will be a hoot! Maybe some FIS world cup ladies will be there on the dance floor. Alas I don't think I can make it.

Is the place in CT? I’ve always been curious but never made it over there.

yeah ^, Tremblant. colors are full peak and insane right now, i hope they don’t all come down this weekend.

also - the silly plastic skiing looks fun, most of the people were hitting features but some of them looked like they could also rail turns.

Would this keep up mad pat’s streak though?
