    Great day.

3-4” in montreal but currently changing over. tomorrow should be fun for powder skiing up north and the weekend looks good for day drinking.

    ^Harv bringing the stoke....

Was trying to decide if this pic should go in the skintrack stoke thread but I don't think those western folks would get EC humor.

Took a group of 6 up the off-trail uphill route at Magic today including 2 that had never skinned. They did great (they're young so that helps!). They picked a pretty technical day to pop those cherries.

Magic was solid good skiing, though you needed to be alert, ironically more on the flats than steeps. Sorcerer was ROTD - some years it never gets as good as today. Talisman great, Witch very good, Blackline technical (and outright dangerous if you didn’t know the trail). East side good too. Pic is sorcerer. Click image for larger version.

Everything slatham said is true. Can't believe we didn't cross paths. With the sunshine, today may have topped last Thursday...

Road rash alert day if you're skiing in a t-shirt.
Might be a good day to pack it in early and head to the store for soup ingredients.

Decided to torture myself by revisiting a video of The Bottlewoman skiing the bus route from a few years back.

Hint: it's not going to look like that out there today
