Pervasive NSFW language. It's quite offensive.

Who is going where tomorrow in VT and NH? Is Magic mag central tomorrow? I don’t like skiing Saturdays but I prefer skiing to not skiing. Would love to make some turns and shoot some video with ice coast mags or mag

About to go ride MTB...b/c 60deg. Other than those two days last weekend, has there even been winter?
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

I’m glad to hear someone else say this [emoji3]. I skied it that same day. I was with kids, so of course we had to ski it…. It would probably be fun if you got first tracks on a pow day, but there is plenty of better terrain to ski off M1!

If the forecast stays the same and home responsibilities stay at bay, I’ll most likely be at Platty on Sunday.

i count two eight day stretches ... during which i logged 1 less than half of my ski days this season thus far. and back in chilly september silly me thought THIS would be the season i got back to the days of exploring the woods because we'd have...

    ...a deep and solid snowpack.

Last skier standing is happening now at Black Mountain of Maine. Winner last year was like 65 hours. Need to complete an 1,100’ vertical lap every hour. Beyond my comprehension Leave tomorrow for a West coast road trip. First time driving with a friend. Being flexible seems to be the name of the game. Y’all should get upta Saddleback with Singlecross

^^ wow must be some wild ski-lucinating a couple of days in, napping on the chair ride up, power napping at the base before being pushed towards the lift for next lap.
nice! have a safe and easy drive out and say hi to winter for us all!

Great question- especially when Alta has had like 1000 inches so far. And your reading texts from your intermediate skiing buddies in steamboat complaining about how they wish it didn’t snow as much on the week they were there. Then you look down and you see this.

My answer on Wednesday was 20mg.

And it’s ok, for a bit. Cause you know the woods are gonna be in really soon.

Thanks will give Ullr a hello and point him East.

No napping on the chair. It’s all human powered. Yeah when I did two all nighters in a row back in college I was definitely hallucinating

wow, now that's insane. it would be tough enough in my scenario. but that sounds very non-stop. yow!

and yes: i'm with aldo. i've appreciated man-made groomers this season like never before. sure beats the alternative. until the next mini winter delivers...

Fack. The radio this morning said it’s been the warmest January in five New England states. In forever.

    Vibes.

I have. The trick is alpine bindings.

Although I’ve skied BH ~10x and I’m still not sure where it is.

While I’m fairly certain the hole you’re referring to is not the one I skied down Wednesday night out in the alps. I did enjoy my ski down Black Hole. There’s a decent pitch coming off of Granite peak at vvgg where you round a corner going easily 40-50 without trying and come through a field down to lift . Wednesday night it was missing a few sets of lights making it a bit more interesting than it should be - was sent a pic of it from daytime yesterday - I think they pulled the plug on the lights on purpose- it wasn’t visually appealing….

Little early in the season for my taste but a spectacular spring skiing afternoon at the Skiway yesterday.

First time at King Pine. Yes, it is tiny but there are no lines, no rocks, no bare spots. It’s skiing and skiing is better than not skiing.
