Haven’t been up in a few weeks. Is Pali and steep gullies still open?

pali terrain and international not open today. guessing those are done for the season and pali chair not far behind. Thinking tomorrow is the last day?

Did a couple east wall hikes to narrow north and the skiing is really fun up there right now

That was what I was told today.

Hoping EW holds out through next weekend.

They close all the steep stuff and put up a rope so you can't do the old King Cornice to West Wall jump run. Place used to be so much fun in May and June on a good snow year, even after Pali and the East Wall close. I bet the pond skim is next to die.

    Shit's weak.

quality of the snow on standard had deteriorated quite a bit from yesterday, they ended up closing it by like 11 or so. east wall was really fun again but idk how much faith I have in that going much longer. groomers were a lot of fun at the right times of day. Abasin is still fun.

I skied some cold snow on north pole proper on Friday. It was glorious.

It is a shame that they rope the shit out of the place the first time it gets warm. It would be nice if they could at least manage some of the stuff for corn skiing (open in the morning, close it early to mid afternoon depending on the freeze).

Aren't most of the patrollers either in Moab ridin' their bikes or Mexico gettin' their taco on?

Has anyone heard about the specifics of the “bike pass”. Is A-Basin running Lenawee this summer as a bike haul?

Patroller told me it's just a "please come and sign this liability waiver" pass. I'll do that!

Oh. Do you get an armband or something?
Do they allow e-bikes on their trails? Just curious.
