No lie... it's kind of ridiculous. You have found the three options I know of that utilize this heel... There is also a group that are all paired with the 30x27 toe. I think there are four different heels that they sell with that toe mounting pattern. One of which is the one you have here...

I can look into some of the other things, but others may have some of this on the ready.

The heel track has 25mm of adjustment.

I have a jig. Let me know how I can help. The jig has ALL the holes on a single jig and none overlap. So one template for distance should do the trick for all bindings. Just choose the holes you need for the binding you have. It actually should be pretty easy.

The horror is worrying you're going to drill the wrong hole all the time.

    Well....my mind just exploded!

I was thinking 3 or so layout tools (relative to some theme) would be the call to reduce some of the horror.

Edit: the front pins was what I was asking about for locating toes. Plus a similar stop at the heels.

Seems like having a color coding system or something would reduce some of the uncertainty for the ATK_Frankenjig...or is it AT-KrakenJig.

My first thought is that thing is going to cause some serious stoner shop dude meltdowns.

The jig has legacy holes as well as long travel/demo versions that aren't commonly use.

For the common bindings there are 3 different toe pieces, two plastic heel tracks, and then the small 25 wide pattern with and without long travel adjustment plate. All the different binding versions are basically just different configs mixing toe pieces, heel tracks, U-springs/not.

The bindings all come with a sheet saying which holes to use. This is for a crest 10.

I have a request for a Dynafit TLT Radical Layout tool and need to sort out a couple TOE template discrepancies. I'm also trying to accurately add tech pin & heel locations to the tools. Jondrums' template shows the toe holes @39mm fore to aft, while Knut shows 39.75mm. Also, there is a 2.32mm difference between tech pin locations relative to the toe holes. Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

A buddy verified his STs as follows that looks like Jondrums is closer than Knut's:

Updated image URLs. For some reason many of the image URLs were truncated.

    Example:
    http://www.slidewright.com/Bindings/Binding_Layout_Tool/STH2/Warden_Demo11.png[/IMG]

was missing [img]. When added, the URL completely disappeared until I added [IMG]https:

There has got to be hundreds if not thousands of images throughout TGR that are no longer visible. Are others noticing this behavior? Is there a back end fix for this?

Please give me the heads of previous posts where my images are not appearing.

(I'll start a thread: Images Have Gone AWOL).
