Say what you will, the Bruins just concluded the best regular season NHL history. 65 wins. 135 points.

VGK clinches the one seed but they don;t look like they're built to go all the way. Their sit back still of D won't hold up in a seven game series. I'd like to be wrong.
Landeskog out for the duration. A shame for the Av's.

NYR/NJD should be a fun time.

Leafs/Florida round 2 will be entertaining as well.

IMHO it beats the non-salary cap era where the Canadiens were basically an all star team that went around the NHL shit pumping teams like the Atlanta Flames 7-0, or the Cleveland Barons 8-1.

Well, the best day of year is upon is. Day one of the Stanley Cup playoffs. Love this time of year. All three TV’s in the man cave are ready to go.

My Wild have a tough draw in Dallas. One of these years we’ll get out of round one 🤞🏻. I have a pair of tickets for every potential playoff game. How about some hockey in May in MN.

    Let’s go Wild!

    NHL 2022-2023 Season

Is there an easy subscription I can sign up for to watch the playoffs? For some reason I can’t seem to figure this out, seems way more complicated than it needs to be.

Mainly interested in watching my Devils. Game 1 on a few channels but then game 2 drops off some of them, game 3 yet on more different channels. What’s my best option here? No problem streaming from a laptop either

    NHL 2022-2023 Season

I think everything is on ESPN+. I’m on Direct TV and get it all there.

Moved to Carolina fall of 1999 from Dallas after they won the cup.. North Stars were my team growing up in MN, then followed me to Dallas from NY days..

All in on the current home team of 24 years. Off to a good start..

Is Brady still playing for them?

The Big Z, Zdeno Chara, ran his first Boston Marathon today in 3:38.

    Bergeron out with an “illness”.

The whole MN team thinks they're the Hanson brothers. I hope they get bounced even if I'm no fan of the Stars

Family member caught Chara on his way by during today's Boston Marathon.

He ended up running a 3:38. Not bad for the big man!

The name tag is a little superfluous, no? I mean, who the fuck else is it?

All kinds of troubles trying to watch the B's tonight while traveling but caught most of the first and the last 10:00. It's obvious that nobody on that team is taking anything for granted. They want it. They might get beat but they're not gonna quit.

It's from the wife's aunt's instagram. What do you want from me man?

We were hanging out just across the barrier from Ortiz waiting before the start for a for a while this morning, but I thought this was the wrong thread for that. 😝

So... Is that gonna be it for Pavelski? He's been a fixture in the league for so long. I hope he is ok, but man, it looked like he had no idea where he was while being helped off the ice.

And the B's avoided the fate of the former season point record setters (TBL) by avoiding the first round sweep.
It looked like a close game last night, but when any random line for the B's periodically clicks for a shift or two throughout the game, they can easily make the other team look like they aren't in the same league. That collection of dominant shifts usually adds up to a win by the end of the game. Boston's depth is going to take them far.

    NHL 2022-2023 Season

Nice 2 OT win by my Wild [emoji1303] Game ending at 1 am local time [emoji1304]

NHL…it’s a niche sport. Only the fan bases are watching the games for the most part. Start games based on more ideal local times. 7:30 pm vs 8:50 pm for two central time zone teams…just a thought.

CO vs Seattle is one series I’m watching. Av’s goalies and poor like depth may be an issue. Seattle could surprise this series [emoji848]
