If you give Boston lots of power plays... You're gonna have a bad time.

First year Kraken take out the defending champs in 7 too.

    Wow.

So much gambling $$$ was won and lost with Boston exiting in the first round.
2.5x if you took that bet.

It was so wonderful seeing Marchand cry tonight (while hugging Bergeron). Enjoy golfing in April Brad, you prick.

Also nice to see the Kraken beat CO. It was a good hockey night.

So many chances to seal the series and the Bruins kept leaving the door open for the Panthers who just wouldn't give up. It seemed like for the first half of the game the Bruins were looking for "perfect" highlight reel shot opportunities instead of just shooting the puck. They'd end up turning the puck over with nothing to show for their offensive zone "efforts". You could hear the groans from the crowd at the garden every time a Boston player pivoted away from the goal with the puck. So frustrating to watch. Other than that first goal (I can't imagine the pressure making your first playoff start in a game 7 situation), Swayman played really well last night. He made two huge saves in overtime. IMHO the way Ullmark had played the last couple of games, the Panthers wouldn't have needed overtime to win it.

We are Round 1 Champions! Parade is at noon today, should be fun.

BAHAHAHHA it was THREE-ONE!!! Seeing those fat chowder-filled fucks in the rink go from pure unadulterated ecstasy with 3 minutes left in the 3rd to total heartbreak is some glorious schadenfreude indeed. Welcome to meme hell, assholes. And always remember, Boston fans: YOU DESERVE THIS.

    Let this sink in though:
Either the Leafs or Panthers will be playing in the Eastern Conference Finals. That's just wild to me.

2nd yr for Seattle but still a great win. On to Tuesday and Dallas

And didnt RW play a pretty big part in getting hockey in Seattle? I think he is a part owner or was at one time. I seem to remember he was part of the group that was working to buy ground for the rink.

The Boston fans I know have not responded to any of my condolences from last night.

Maybe I was a bit insensitive in my messaging.

Someone is going to end either a mini drought (<20 years), a LONG drought (>20 years), or be the latest expansion team to make get it's name on the cup.

Refs want the Rangers to win apparently, but NJ has smoked them so far
