The Private Press...20 Years Old This Week
DJ Shadow's 2002 sophomore release, The Private Press is 20 years old.
While his debut album, Endtroducing, generally garners all the praise, I actually feel that this is a much more streamlined and cohesive album. It is easily my favorite release of his and I routinely find myself listening to it at least 1nce a year.

Shadow had enough juice to get the venerable Wong Kar Wai to direct this video, too...
