Reckless as a well regulated sitting congresswoman a few years ago here.

RALEIGH, N.C. An AR-15 military-style rifle has been reported stolen from an unlocked garage at the North Carolina home of Rep. Renee Ellmers.

The AR-15 was left out in plain sight, next to a gun safe. It was stolen along with a gun case and a GPS unit.

People should lose their right to own firearms forever over something like that..

Isn’t there a member here that stores an AK unsecured in a storage facility? Would be a shame if something were to happen to it. If only there was something we could do about that.

Hunt goes on for the now armed suspect.
Let me check. It was interesting - I just read one article about 'stay inside b/c he armed himself w/ rifle'. And on the next refresh there was an article from CNN saying the guy seemingly killed the escapee.

Follow up: Man, I dunno. Did I read this quickly and/or was it written in an odd way or subsequently changed? It was early so let's just blame me and I made a mistake. "killer shot at (by homeowner)" vs. "killer shot by (homeowner)"??

Here was the original link but it's been added to and clearly doesn't say I what I wrote: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime...c2b81971&ei=20

Edit: I'm losing my mind. sorry.

If people store their firearms unsecured they need to be held both criminally and civilly liable for the results if they are stolen same as if someone provides a firearm to someone who should not have one (selling or gifting or loaning)

20 something in the grocery store with, get this, a Glock. But was it in a holster? No. Tucked into his waistband at the hip. And I didn't see one of those nifty inside the pants holsters that they make just for this. He saw me staring, which was my intention, and he pulled his shirt over it quickly. Dumbass letting his shirt ride up. How the hell is that comfortable and also not going to fall out or take his pants down with it? I've never seen a gun tucked in the pants at the hip. New one for me.

When my daughter was a home health nurse for Medicaid recipients she was called to a home for a gunshot wound. The victim was a teenage male and developmentally impaired.

His gang banger cousin had left out a 9mm, kid stuffed it in his waistband to be cool, gun discharged and left a trench along most of his dick and thigh.

Cousin wrapped his dick in gauze and athletic tape. By the time she was called, the wounds had badly infected.

If you’re leaving your house with a firearm to do anything other than hunt or go to the range, you are a 100% bitch made coward. Full stop.

    I endorse this message.
I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

“ The man said he was closely following the Jeep when he saw a man yelling at the car and hit it, documents say. The suspect told detectives he grabbed his gun because he was scared, and the man approached with nothing in his hands. He said Spaeth’s wife, who was near the back of the car, reached into a bag or purse, according to the documents, and he fired a shot before driving away.

Body camera footage reviewed by detectives does not show Spaeth’s wife having a purse or bag, the documents said, and she was reportedly napping before coming outside to help slow traffic.“

I was scared - so I started shooting people.

Good thing this guy could get a gun.
Suspect in Palmdale deputy killing has confessed to investigators, sources say
the suspect's family said he has mental-health issues which include schizophrenia and hearing voices in his head.

I'm sure we all know somebody who we consider a bit "out there" and has guns.

I know I do, has all the anti government, FJB Qtard stickers on his truck, rants about "the man" and the "sheeple"

If they snap and do something atrocious, I know I will say we kind of saw it coming, but is it really realistic to report them now that they are just brainwormed Qtards with gunz?
