ZZZ, E-bikes are legal there (AFAIK), you would be welcome to borrow mine if you want to do a work day.

Definitely will, I just figured they’d be busy with the more popular trails and I could help out. I wouldn’t want to be using a chainsaw out there alone though I guess.

Trailforks says no e-bikes, but that’d be the ideal way to work on that trail. And I appreciate the offer!

Those Evoc and Dakine builder packs must be either really popular or not very at all because they are never in stock.

I am trying to plan quick boys trip so I can get off island for a bit, you guys think things are going to be rideable (and fishable?) in that Aug 22ndish window?
Be careful about buying snowboard goggles for skiing. Snowboard goggles come in right eye and left eye (for goofy-footers) dominant models. This can make it hard to see correctly when skiing because you are facing straight down the hill, not sideways.

We are supposed to start getting a bit of a monsoonal flow, which generally is great for our dirt conditions if it doesn’t rain too much at once.

I haven’t been on the pass in a couple weeks from the smoke. Afternoon riding still good or is it staying to cold and starting to get slick?

I think there is a little snow up on the higher pass trails but Phillips was riding well yesterday.

Mill Creek to Colter's was perfect dirt yesterday. Heard that the south end of the valley was wetter.

Tall Cool One was a bit cool up top…. And took a peek at the re-do of upper Bullwinkle on our way down - $$$.

Got in a Lithium at dusk this evening, it was really quite good. Might be the last, might not. But seems likely.
    Very glad I did!
