I'm an intermittent faster most days and also very low carb, so my eats are different than most. But I always have pickled and fermented things in teh fridge (pickles, saurkraut, kim chi, etc) plus avocados or guac cups, and eat a lot of that every day. Plus cheese. And some form of meat(s).
