Wait, goats eat corpses too?!?! I thought it was just pigs.
Is there anything that WON'T eat a human corpse???

Can’t wait to hear the truth from Zelensky once he’s out from under dirt bag bidens thumb.
He’s gonna sell that joke down river so hard.
^no one respects anything you have to say since the war conflicted with you perving on your daughters friends.
For those suffering from memory loss.
^i think the iranians are more looking to spend that 6b on food and medicine for their people.
^eat shit you fucking war monger
Yea, the entire 6b in unlocked Iranian assets are gonna go to building weapons for Russia. A technologically advanced yet heavily sanctioned state is only interested in terrorism because they’re brown Muslims and give no shits about their own people.
Seriously fuck off.
Interesting article about sanctions

This whole hostage thing is messy
“BLINKEN: This involved the access by Iran to its own money, money that had accumulated in a Korean bank as the result of oil sales that Iran made, which were lawful at the time those sales were made.
KELEMEN: The $6 billion is now in a bank account in Qatar, and the U.S. says Iran can only use it for food, agricultural products, medicine and medical devices. The U.S. says it can be cut off again at any time. But speaking on Fox News' "Sunday Morning Futures," Republican Congressman Michael McCaul said the administration is naive.
MICHAEL MCCAUL: We all know money's fungible. And then the president of Iran just came out and said, I'm going to spend it however I want to. And of course he is. And guess where it's going to go? It's going to go into terror proxy operations. It's going to go into building their nuclear - you know, their nuclear not defense system but offensive system.
KELEMEN: Secretary Blinken says the administration will keep up the pressure on Iran. And he's working with other countries at the United Nations General Assembly this week to come up with an agreement on ways the international community can punish countries that take hostages. “

Don't mistake sanctions can be evaded for sanctions don't work. Europe’s poorest country, Moldova, now has a higher average monthly wage versus Russia. The average wage stood at $681 while the Russian average amounted to only to $670. Russia is now spending more than a third of GDP on its war effort. In contrast, the West is spending about a tenth of a percent of GDP. Things will only get worse for the Russian economy the longer their unnecessary war of choice goes on.

People still believe nukes are not for defense? Now, THAT'S naive.
Given recent history in Irak, Ukraine and countless other, it's clear that unless you're NATO (and even if) you better have your own nukes.
I think in the coming years we're gonna see a whole lot more of this: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/01/12/w...r-weapons.html
South Korea is a Major Non-NATO ally and protected by the US's nuclear weapons via the doctrine Extended Deterrence. Raze Seoul and we nuke Pyongyang.
The pillars of nuclear nonproliferation were focused on rule based international relations in the post-Soviet era (and also before). Basically, don't attack anyone and don't make any nukes. In exchange you can participate in world trade and expect the world to offer you protection. That was the theory. It worked pretty well. It was the conscious philosophy that allowed all but 1 non-nuclear countries on the planet to be part of the NPT (Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons).
Iraq was at first a success for non-proliferation and rule based international diplomacy. Building WMDs and invading your neighbor gets you smacked by a massive multi-polar international coalition.
Then Iraq turned into a total disaster in round two: terrible executive culture combined post-9/11 fervor and personal enmity led to an invasion based on preventing WMD programs... that didn't exist. Fuck. Massive backfire (and wasteful tragic quagmire).
Ukraine IS the pillar on which the future of nuclear nonproliferation rests. If Ukraine were to fall to Russia, then yes, it would be a clear message to everyone: ally with a nuclear power, become one, or get rekt. Ukraine prevailing as a free sovereign state will reinforce the last 70 years of nuclear non-proliferation. Their freedom is critical to the safety for the free world.

In the House, roughly 150 GOP'ers and 150 Dems support Ukraine and would also like to see the Admin send ATACMS.
Razom is an advocacy group for Ukraine. Don't tell me that you believe their poll.
It may be true, but just the fact that razom is pro Ukraine should raise concerns.

The fact that Razom is pro-Ukraine is a good thing. Rod's pro-Russian propaganda sources like ZeroHedge is actual cause for concern. And besides, the poll was commissioned by Razom not performed by them. Americans’ support for helping Ukraine remains strong. Just look at ALL the other polls:
https://www.atlanticcouncil.org/blog...-at-the-polls/
In fact, more than 40% of Republicans say the United States should do *more* to support Ukraine. Republicans & Democrats—and Americans writ large—may in fact be more willing to send aid to Ukraine than anywhere else in the world.
OK but check out the activity on our southern border over the past few weeks, we are being overwhelmed again and I fully expect the GOP to begin to scream bloody murder about it and why we are sending all this money to Ukraine when we are being invaded. Most Americans, including nearly half of all Republicans, continue to support Ukraine. Americans want the US to continue military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Americans know Russia has genocidal intent in Ukraine and want Ukraine to defeat Russia militarily.
Yeah they always say that but the illegal immigration issue is poised to explode. I fear support for Ukraine will be in the crosshairs.
I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.
"Happiest years of my life were earning < $8.00 and hour, collecting unemployment every spring and fall, no car, no debt and no responsibilities. 1984-1990 Park City UT"
About 30% of Republicans in Congress have gone against aiding Ukraine, still a minority. While some Democrats still oppose sending more advanced weapons. A pox on both their houses.
