Can't reset password

After the recent hack I decided I should change my password. When I go to the reset password link I get this message:


I'm entering my correct email. I'm still logged in on one device and that's the email that's stored in my profile. What gives?

It's weird, because I did get a reset link sent to me last week, but now I can't get it to work.

Well, shit, I was finally able to get my password reset. There seems to be two different "reset password" links. The second one actually sent me a reset link. However, now I've gone through so many machinations I can't tell you how to get to the link that actually works.

So I preemptively changed my password last week from my desktop (Firefox), and logged out and in on the Android app to set the changes on my phone. The app has been working seamlessly.

Today, I found myself logged out of the desktop (Firefox), and after several login failures, I tried my previous password from last week and was successful. Through all of this, my app remained logged in.

So, after several attempts at a PW change on the desktop (to re-establish my new password, and trying both Chrome and Firefox), the PW change "back" to my new password was successful. I received error messages after the successful change ("forgot PW?", etc.), but in spite of these error messages, the PW change was successful. I logged out and logged in with my "new" PW to verify.

Anyone else have this problem?
