I’ve never monoskied
But that is toast.
You could try peeling the top sheet. And getting west g flex epoxy into the core. And then a few ugly layers of glass over the crack. But man. That is fucked. Maybe fine tool to cut two inches of top sheet each side. Peel the top sheet
Then paint or whatever after laying in a few layers of glass over the crack after epoxying inside the crack.
Vibes.

Oh we can do that. We don’t even need a reason
Were you planning to rip or beater around? If the first, you're probably hosed. If it's the second, what do you have to lose?
Local repair expert fixes cracked cores alllll the time. But it’s not cheap.

Yer gonna die
Ive screwed n glued skis back together but that cracked mono looks dangerous.
If it was that cheap just plant the thing in the garden and start looking for another.

Not worth the work, but you could probably buy a 12" square sheet of 1/4" cured carbon fiber, Gflex, and sixteen 1/4" or 3/8" t-nuts, whichever matches the thickness best. Sand the topsheet down 6.5" both sides of the crack until you reach the fiberglass, and epoxy the sheet into place. After it cures, hacksaw/grind off the edges. Drill two rows of four holes on each side of the crack for the t-nuts. Countersink the base for the t-nuts, and screw into place.
Wouldn't be pretty, but might work. Always be outside wearing an N95 mask when cutting and drilling carbon fiber.
when you flex it, does it bend a lot more in that place? If so core is cracked and odds are fucked.
if flex is normal, odds are fill with epoxy and go for it.
Well fuck. $25?
You’re winning already.
Chances are you would die on a good mono ski so why not die on a broken one?
PS. I still say cut and peel the topsheet a few inches.
And cut back an inch either side on the top fiberglass. So you can bridge the crack with new glass.
Glue the crack. Lay on a few layers of ugly glass and it will be fine for what you want.
A fein tool is what you want. Harbor freight $30. Or borrow a friends.
Google fiberglass boat repair and you will get the idea. They dish down and layer back up.
Definitely west systems g flex resin. Don’t use a stiff epoxy.
It’s a cool project. A few hours and $40 in material and then you’ll still die since it’s a mono ski.

Hell yeah! Skied the shit outta those skis!
They were broken on a airline conveyor and warrantied through our shop. Me being dirtbag shoprat saw a ski in my size. I epoxied them back together and really are still skiable(other than desire to ski).
Saving grace was(and is for you too) that the break is near the tip and break is against the direction of travel(ski was bent backwards to break it). Fairy inconsequential area of the ski for overall flex.
Do what you need to do to get the 2 sides to come back together as best as possible ,epoxy it(making sure you get a full wet out). You're going to need to make repair plates for the curvature(kerfed plywood). Kinda looks like yours isn't snapped the full width of the board?
I'd fix it like this first before just adding more layers of glass.
Yours appears to have been
If it was a ski adding more glass would make the two different.
For a mono? Who cares.
Yeah. Tip flex will change.
I would repair it like a fiberglass boat and know it’s done for life.
Or. Cheap out and inject that crack with a syringe. Clamp it and call it good. Until it isn’t.
Either way.
He’s going to die. It’s a fucking mono ski.

Just don't believe glass is necessary. Cheap or not.
No need for syringe
Thought this might interest a pal, a mono skier who shall remain anonymous. His thoughts:
“I know the guy who built that monoski. I also know the guys that own the modern White Knuckle. I'm sure it can be fixed in the same way that you would fix any ski or snowboard.”
“Guys who still own those old White Knuckles swear that they're some of the best skis you can buy. I'm sure it's worth fixing”
I prefer one ski per leg myself
