Vail fail aka stevens pass wtf?

Mentioning Covid and Omicron at this point in the game is utter bullshit IMO. Every business in the country is feeling this squeeze, Vail is simply using it as an excuse for a horrible service level.

You're right, the pandemic is over and doesn't continue to adversely affect businesses especially the service industry. It's not an excuse, it's just the truth that Covid makes it hard to operate a ski resort, run dining services, keep staff healthy and working. It is certainly a factor in why Vail has had staffing issues and a hard time operating like they did pre-2020. It's a whole new world some companies have been able to adapt better than others, unfortunately, Vail hasn't adapted to the new world well but entitled skiers don't help the situation either.
