    I learned about chimichangas, enchilada style in a taqueria in South Tucson we used to go to from work. I''ve spent the intervening 40 years trying to find chimis even close to as good, without success. Either the wrap isn't fried crisp enough or they throw too much other stuff in with the chile colorado or both. Sorry, don't remember the name, and it has been 40 years.
