I like the outdoor hockey rink down the street, just flood that thing when it gets cold and you're good.

Some of the old west bars used to have pissers at the bar, iirc.

You can still see the old troughs in OG bars/saloons in NYC and SF

I'm thinking this mini stage is where the stripper pole(s) will go. Don't want high heels damaging a brand new hardwood floor.

And this is the room for a "private dance."

And so in the RE agent making that post. Note where she posts "Disclaimer, I am not the listing agent and the client I showed is not buying it."

Making a video showing off all the bad stuff while she was seemingly inside as a buyers agent violates a few rules I believe. And I'll guess posting this on social media crosses another line. Even though her commentary is accurate.

This might be the worst flip I've ever seen.

The use of the word ‘architect’ is very, very loose here.

    6/30/2022 Sold $910,000
    12/30/2022 Listed for sale $1,950,000

    WTF, 1 mil?

In the kitchen alone, I see: horizontal alignment of drawers not right, cheaped out on trim kit for wall oven, island hood chimney/extension missing something at top (green metal?), fridge way too proud. Appliances look cheap. The "cafe chairs": one of them looks crooked, island legs make island not wide enough for three, too wide for two. The symmetry of the one sink and two windows is awkward.

Pic 10: What's with the space between: RH wall and LH edge of cabinets? Top of cabinets and ceiling? How far does the LD door on the french-door fridge open?

My pet peeve: No pictures of the heating and cooling mechanical systems, excepting some solar panels showing on roof.

it’s in Carmel valley, it almost certainly has next to nothing for either. Freezes rarely.

My wonder is why would they list it as a Vevor “We got the shitty straight from china brand” stovetop?

The mirrored closet doors add to the value and the. Pornhub vibe

the kitchen is an abortion and worth 2 mil they shoulda labeled it a "chefs kitchen"

The bathrooms are nailing the 1980s feel

Just in time for real estate downturn to make that house really worth 750k

Yes. I had to search for the appliance brands Empava and Vevor, ("...never heard of these, maybe they're really high end?...") but when the first hits are from Amazon then Lowes you know these do not belong in a $2 Mil home.

It's in Carmel valley and at $910,000 was being sold at lot value, now it's an overpriced by a million dollars teardown.

Interesting area back there, Carmel valley is about as tony as it gets, keep going a little farther and you get into Cachagua where the banjos are loud and they really don't like strangers. Go a little ways more and you're in Tassajara where the woo woo is as strong as the smell of incense.

People live back there for a reason.

I suspect you don’t have much redevelopment freedom from a tear down with that size lot even/especially up there almost at Carmel Valley village which ain’t cheap, but ain’t the $$$$ of lower in part because there ain’t much there. Which is the way the retirees in the 1950s/60s/70s/80s/90s crapshacjs want it

Lot of feathered hair ladies with full bush were banged in that house circa 1979-83. Old owner probably died in the last 3-4 years and the only known illegitimate kid that inherited it just wanted to dump it for quick cash for meth binge.

That’s an abortion clinic. Or an architect abortion. Or both.
