Arrived in Utah last night to kick off another new season, but found Utah not as interested in that this year as I was. Thankfully, Brighton and Solly thought a Nov 23rd, midweek opener sounded good. Which was nice; multiple choice is always better.
Glad to see Alta follows suit tomorrow with a pre-Thanksgiving opening. Sad to see Snowbird apparently no longer cares about favorable early season buzz. They're not opening until December?! That would've been unthinkable in their previous 50 years. Oh well, that means if one of the Big Cottonwood areas stays open into May, that's where to get the longest season in Utah.
Here's to a stellar season, powmags!
