Poor man. I know how hard it is for men to cry in private, let alone public.
I'm just a simple girl trying to make my way in the universe...
I come up hard, baby but now I'm cool I didn't make it, sugar playin' by the rules
If you know your history, then you would know where you coming from, then you wouldn't have to ask me, who the heck do I think I am.

    My thoughts tonight:

    1) I'm embarrassed to be involved with this ICS system today.

    2) This was foreseeable, it's the rare type 1 fire that's not a total cluster. This is just a giant extension of that structure. Yet it doesn't get fixed.

GRRRR. I wanted to just get in my truck and go these last few days, and dammit, if it weren't for being stretched thin here I probably just would have.

    3) I have a friend (like a father to me) who's on a disaster response team and has seen every kind of disaster, including some of the worst things that war has to offer, all over the world; he was working in a med unit in the super dome and said that it's the worst thing he's seen since Vietnam. I've seen his pictures of jet crashes...shit, if he says that it really is horrific.

    4) We'd better sack up and vote for somebody with a conscience and some fucking tactical mindpower in 08. Anybody who says McCain or Kerry would have botched this doesn't know shit.

We can always just bomb some more brown people - like we did and are still doing after 9-11. I am pretty sure they are the ones who start hurricanes with funding from the money we maggots spend buying pot.

For the last 15 years, the US has pretty much made it our job to bomb brown people. We don't really care what they like to call themselves or their country. So long as they are brown, it's open season. Apparently we enjoy the thrill of dropping mulit-million dollar weapons on people who retaliate with slingshots and rocks.
    Chocolate? This is doodoo, BABY!

You mean small minded and ignorant enough to take one overheard conversation as representative of the average Canadian. Have you heard the one about the pot calling the kettle black you ignorant small minded fuck. Why not go back to the states then, we don't need more small minded pricks we (as does the states) have enough of our own.

It's not so much the model year, it's the high mileage or meterage to keep the youth of Canada happy

Canada has you, so maybe you have a point.
I don't think he said one conversation was the only reason he felt that way, if you actually read the post.

Even it includes all his limited experience in the tiny environs of Whistler it still does not excuse the small minded blanket statement about the average Canadian. It would be like me saying the average american will blindly jump to defend a fellow citizen just because they are a fellow citizen. I wouldn't make that statement based on limited experience which is why I directed my statement at him not at the 'average american'.
