What did you pay for your survey out of curiosity if that’s something you might share? No worries if not.

I've got it on clist for 0% owner financing. A grand higher than I have into it. Sometime in the next 20 years I'll get something out of it.

That’s actually not too terrible. That stuff is expensive. The engineer putting his stamp on it does quite a bit of work with all the county registrations they gotta do after the grunt work is done. They also gotta pay the crew doing the grunt work, and their preparations at the courthouse as surveys are started from a known location that they will go look up.

Land. They're not making any more of it.

Drove through the area twice in the past couple weeks. Impressive mountains.

Seems the periphery of the range where the ski area would be holds almost 0 snow down low. The interior of the range gets a real snowpack.

Maybe he buys a few council ppl and makes it happen.

Figured this is the best place to ask... Any insight on snow coverage and general avy conditions in the Ruby's around now? I was gonna ping the heli operation but figured I'd check here first.
Some prelim sleuthing suggests that snowpack is above average - surprising given Sierras lean year.
Have a likely roadtrip going through the area in a few weeks and considering tagging on 1-2 days in there.
    Thx!

Looks like you have that long flat trail easy access I drove down there a bit trying to get to mine. I got one of the best lots around. To your west, Last Chance Ranch2. Got a 34" Bounder above 6000. Cute little juniper grove too.
