    I had to raise the ground anyway due to some settling but it worked great. If you don’t need to raise the area probably not the best solution.

    top dress with sand, thats what they do at the golf course, also good to deal with moss, also good for drainage

    you would be amazed how fast a lawn grows back up there sand
