I have used it after my hand and knee surgeries. As well, used it on my sprained and slightly inflamed knee. It helped a lot.

yeah, the dosing is huge so it makes a fucking mess... and it stinks, but it did help with my achillies tendonitis

Get the prescription for 10 percent and never look back. Best thing ever for hands, ankles and neck

I've used it when I broke my fibula and it probably helped but in general I never remember to put on creams. Never seems like it is the best time to rub it on and then I end up forgetting. This thread reminded me about it so I will look around for it and try it on my knee if I can remember
