So not my proudest coffee snob moment, but I picked up a nespresso machine there for 25 bucks (this one, not on Costco website https://www.walmart.com/ip/Sur-La-Ta...RoCaRQQAvD_BwE)
It’s not the greatest espresso, but it’s surprisingly decent and the convenience of it is fantastic.
If you're grinding coffee in Costco, just buy
fucking Folgers, heathens
Why u like dry coffee?
Filets.
Always the answer. The only reason I go to Costco.
Prime top sirloin
GF has scored some good sirloins and flanks, I think strips and ribeyes also, in addition to filets over there. The flank is great for fajitas.

Costco is my go to for wild Salmon fillet. It'd be nice if they sold whole salmon when the fresh stuff arrives later in the summer.
I mean, sure, the best fajitas I’ve had are from skirt. It’s more of a hassle to nail it at home, for me at least, and not quite as good rare. Flank you can marinate quickly; restaurants use some pretty fancy equipment to get skirt just right. I think flank, for me at least, is close enough while being easier to get tender.
I’ll usually sear it like this and put about half of the slices into the pan with the onions and peppers to cook just a tad more.

Random question, what cut is a Baseball steak?
I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

I swear, it’s like some of y’all don’t know teh Google exists:
Baseball steak is a center cut of beef taken from the top sirloin cap steak. Baseball steaks differ from sirloin steaks in that the bone and the tenderloin and bottom round muscles have been removed; and the cut is taken from biceps femoris.[1][2] A baseball steak is essentially a center cut top sirloin cap steak. This cut of beef is very lean, and is considered very flavorful.[3][4][5]
I want to know if you know, ya know?
