However many are in a shit ton.
Iceman don't ski in no flannel lined jeans. Wusses.
What are you using the pecorino so frequently with? Love that stuff but outside of a cheese board or charcuterie tray I have no idea what to do with it.
Agreed. Those large wedges last a long time.
I also shred on salad and veggies.

Its about calories in and calories out. 300 Calories for a "serving" is no bueno if that serving is only an ounce and I'm on a 2300 cal budget. Cheese is so wicked calorie dense and I can eat 10 or 20 servings in a sitting without thinking about. Good cheese is like freebase. Moar is better.
A little big in the waist, a little short in the length. I bought my size and I’m not planning on swapping them out.

That is basically me.
Ok, there was a little bit of exaggeration involved. And I used serving to mean two different things. I think we can agree that good cheeses are calorie dense given that a "serving" refers to the amount you actually want to eat (volume instead of weight) which is easily more than one ounce. One ounce of Cabot 3 year super duper extra mega sharp cheddar (the black wrapper from Costco) is around 110 (using MyFitnessPal tracker as I don't have the label handy) calories. However, that's barely enough for two normal crackers. And not really enough for a sandwich. Three ounces is really about a serving for me. I could easily eat three, three ounce servings of just that Cabot in a sitting. And then add multiple sittings a day. I've cut way back. I probably eat an average of two ounces a day, which is torture. Did I mention I have a problem? I've considered quitting entirely. If I was an alcoholic, I'd have to quit alcohol so what's the difference?
3 ounces is a really healthy amount of cheese!
FTR, while it is calories in calories out, going low carb has allowed me to eat as much cheese as I want, I naturally stop at a reasonable serving.

Mmmm cheese. I’ll check in as a cheese enthusiast as well. I’ve quit drinking beer and booze so those calories are gone but my current “problem” is that my SO is YUGE into sourdough bread at the moment. So good but gotta limit intake
A touch on the cowboy side of fit tightness...waist and length are accurate. Are we talking the Weatherproof ones that come in brown and black? I actually love them for up here in northern MN. Wish they had a little key pocket for the Honda fob though. I feel like Johnny Cash Goes North in my black pants and black puffy jacket.
