    Cold Pho slurpers

    Wife met a friend for lunch at local ramen/pho place.
    Brought home leftovers, i slurped that shit cold, so yummy.
    She thinks im crazy...

    My first thought. I had Pho for dinner the other night and for lunch the next day. The fat floating across the top looked nasty on that cold Pho.

    How do they make Pho and Ramen in the same place? They're about as different as Honda and Toyota.

    Few things here
    1) as you may have noted by the time this was posted, decent spelling aside, I was far from sober when it occurred
    2) Noodle bar is run by a Vietnamese family, they call it American-Vietnamese-Japanese-Thai-Chinese-Korean-New-England-Momofuku-Totto-and-Ippudo-inspired. Sorry to offend those whose Pho experience comes from the streets of Saigon
    3) yeah, its better warm, but i will likely do it again
